Returnpolicy
Returns
You have the right to return your order within 14 days of receiving it. The product cant have been used or damaged during this period.
If you need any form of assistance with the return process, you can always contact us at support@lapay.se and we will be happy to help you.
Shipping
We use POSTNORD as our delivery supplier and we aim to deliver within 1-3 business days after purchase.

Make sure to have your order number available when tracking your package.
How to return a product
Take the return bill that you recieved in the initial package. Remove the adhesive cover and place it visibly on the outside of the package. Visit your nearest Post Office or pickup point / service point and post the package. If you no longer have the return bill, follow these steps below:

Email: info@lapay.sePrint the package code and place it visibly on the outside of your package.
- Visit your nearest Post Office or pickup point / service point.
Note: Any additional charges, such as customs fees, will be deducted from the refund.
Refunds
Once we have recieved the returened products they will be inspected and approved by our quality staff. When they have been approved we will begin processing the refund payment immediately. After that you should recieve your refund within 1-3 business days.
